According to the Los Angeles Police Department, the incident began around 6:40 a.m. on Alsace Avenue when a suspect, sitting inside his car, allegedly pointed a firearm at a person who had asked him to turn down his music.
When officers arrived at the scene, the situation quickly escalated, resulting in a shooting. It remains unclear who fired the shots or whether anyone was injured during the confrontation.
