Bradley J. Wloczewski West Palm Beach Death Obituary
West Palm Beach — Bradley J. Wloczewski, 32, tragically lost his life on Sunday evening when the SUV he was driving veered off Southern Boulevard, flipped over, and ejected him from the vehicle. The accident occurred at approximately 5:13 p.m. near Perimeter Road, close to Palm Beach International Airport, and Wloczewski was pronounced dead at the scene.
Wloczewski was driving a 2003 Chevrolet Tahoe westbound when he lost control, drifting off the curb and onto the sidewalk. Witnesses and investigators reported that he attempted to correct his course but overcompensated, causing the vehicle to spin out of control. The SUV struck a metal guardrail and rolled over, ejecting Wloczewski. His unexpected death left his family and friends in shock, and many gathered near the scene to mourn.
Two women were in the vehicle with him. One, a 29-year-old from West Palm Beach, was wearing a seatbelt and suffered only minor injuries. The other passenger, a 28-year-old woman from Hendersonville, Tennessee, sustained serious injuries and was transported to a trauma center.
The crash also caused part of the guardrail to break loose, striking another SUV driven by a 41-year-old man from West Palm Beach. He pulled over and received treatment for minor injuries. Emergency responders worked for hours to clear the wreckage, while investigators reconstructed the sequence of events.
Neighbors reported hearing the loud crash and seeing the lights of emergency vehicles flood the normally busy stretch of Southern Boulevard. The crash caused significant traffic delays throughout the evening commute on this major Palm Beach County thoroughfare.
Wloczewski was pronounced dead by Palm Beach County Fire Rescue crews, and the injured passengers were transported to local hospitals. The sheriff’s traffic homicide unit is continuing to investigate the cause of the crash, but no charges have been filed yet. A makeshift memorial has been set up near the crash site, where family and friends have left flowers and photos to honor his memory.
Authorities are reminding drivers to stay vigilant on Southern Boulevard, particularly during this busy season, as the road sees high volumes of commuter and tourist traffic. There is increasing concern in the community about road safety following this and other recent serious accidents.
